About XENOLITH
We're a small, independent technology company based in Skövde, Sweden. We build software, tools, and games — and we believe the best work happens when talented people are trusted to do it on their own terms.
Trust, not control
Great work doesn't come from monitoring hours or mandating seats. It comes from clarity of purpose, mutual trust, and the freedom to figure out how on your own. We hire people we believe in, point at a problem worth solving, and get out of the way.
We believe in the individual just as much as the team. Every person here has a voice, and every voice shapes the work. Ideas are judged on merit, not hierarchy. We want people who think for themselves, challenge assumptions, and push each other to grow — because that's how you build something worth building.
We believe technology should empower people, not replace them. Every tool we build, every system we design, exists to make someone's job easier, more creative, or more meaningful.
Freedom under responsibility
That's not a slogan — it's the operating model. Work from wherever you want. Structure your day however it makes sense for you. We don't track hours and we don't micromanage. What we do care about is the work itself: is it good? Is it done? Did it move the needle?
We communicate openly and honestly. If something isn't working, we say so — directly, respectfully, and early. We'd rather have a difficult conversation today than a failed project next month. Feedback flows in every direction, and no idea gets a free pass just because of who suggested it.
Software that makes a difference
We build the things that make businesses run — internal systems, administration platforms, management tools, websites, and webshops. The kind of software that doesn't always make for flashy demos but makes a real difference to the people who use it every day.
We've also built our share of online casino games and interactive experiences along the way, and we bring that same craft and attention to every project regardless of domain. The thread connecting all of it: we like solving hard problems with small, focused teams that punch above their weight.
Self-starters and curious minds
Self-starters who take ownership. People who are curious, opinionated, and kind. People who care about craft but don't get precious about it. If you thrive with autonomy, communicate clearly, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others — you'll fit right in.
We don't care where you went to school, what you look like, or where you live. We care about what you can do, how you think, and whether you make the people around you better.
